Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange

To start an exchange, contact us at bogdog.hfx@gmail.com. Please note that all items must be approved before being sent back. Returns will need to be mailed to the the address provided once exchange is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, the cost of sending the item back to us for an exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. To complete an exchange:

  1. Contact us to request the exchange.
  2. Mail the original item back to us at your own expense.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and send out your replacement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
